Abstract

Data analysis is an essential component of large-scale life omics research. Online data analysis platforms allow researchers to complete data analysis without coding the program, significantly speeding up the scientific research process. While there are many online data analysis tools available, there has not yet been a dedicated professional website for proteomics data analysis. We have developed BioLadder, a proteomics bioinformatics data analysis platform, with the aim of providing protein researchers with easy-to-use online data analysis tools. BioLadder consists of over 50 analysis modules, belonging to 7 classes (2 main categories), covering experimental data visualization, data preprocessing, qualitative and quantitative analysis, functional analysis, and so on. BioLadder also incorporates four user-friendly design features to assist users in accurately and conveniently completing data analysis tasks. BioLadder can be accessed through the website https://www.bioladder.cn/ and is free to use after registration.
