One of the main objectives of a clinical trail is to gain new knowledge and change clinical practice. The talk will address some of the key elements in a safe clinical implementation, and what roles the medical physicist take on.

From clinical trials to daily clinical practice: medical physicist´s role in implementation

This talk aims to emphasize the team work required for a successful design / implementation of a clinical trial from a clinician’s viewpoint. The collaborative role of the medical physicist is also
discussed.
