ATLS: How trauma education supports better outcomes for patients

An interactive and dynamic session using a real trauma scenario in which multiple difficult and high stakes decisions have to be made by an expert panel. The team will use the scenario, together with an educator's commentary, to demonstrate how formal trauma education equips clinicians with the skills to meet the complex demands of decision making in managing trauma cases.
